Terms & Conditions

We accept the following credit cards: Dankort/Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. We also take payments through PayPal. We use an encrypted and secure SSL connection and only PBS can read your information. Neither our company nor any others will be able to read or retract your data. All prices are included UK vat, but excluding shipping. Some countries have local taxes that we are not to be held responsible for. Payment will not be withdrawn until the order has been shipped.

How soon should I file a complaint?

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs. If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when returning items to us: When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.
Note that we only accept returned parcels to our studio at the above address. We do not accept parcels sent to external locations such a Pakkeshop etc. We do not receive packages sent as Cash On Delivery or similar ways to send stuff.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Photos & colours

It's hard to reproduce exact shades and hues of our products under electric light. Every care has been made to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are correct and that the representation of colour is as accurate as the production and photographic process allow. However, we are not to be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software, mobile phone or computer system used by the customer.
